These terms and conditions are applied when buying items at Eurowind Energy webshop delivered in Denmark, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, UK, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania and USA.
Ordering
When visiting Eurowind Energy webshop, the first thing you have to do, is to sign in. You do that by tapping the little “human” ikon in the upper right corner. Then you enter the e-mail address and code, which we have send to the country managers. This function is to secure that our products are only visible to B2B customers. Please secure that all information are correct, such as addresses and VAT-number.
Once you have chosen one or more items at Eurowind Energy webshop, which you wish to buy, these have to be applied to your shopping bag. Afterwards you will be asked to fill out your customer information (which is already there, because you already did sign in), choosing the shipping method for your country and payment method. Then the terms and conditions must be accepted. When having completed the payment, you will as soon as possible receive an order confirmation on the e-mail address, which you informed to Eurowind Energy webshop.
You can change the contents in the shopping bag until you confirm your purchase by choosing the button “Checkout”. Then you have to accept your payment, followed by your order being transferred to Eurowind Energy webshop. The payment is controlled manually by one of our controllers in Hobro, who will receive the order, and then create an invoice to you.
In case of delays, backorder or items out of stock, we strive to inform you as soon as possible, with a solution of the case.
Payment
The only payment method, which you can use is INVOICE.
Make sure to write the right information, according to VAT.
At the invoice, “FREE OF VAT” will be written on orders made from outside of Denmark.
Prices
The prices are inventoried in Euro. They are calculated excl. VAT and based on the prices from our suppliers.
Shipping & Delivery
When purchasing at Eurowind Energy webshop you can choose the following delivery methods:
- GLS - delivery to office (prices varies depending on the weight of the accumulated goods and country)
At Eurowind Energy Webshop we collaborate with KAFFKA, who is our distributor, using the shipping company, GLS, who is in charge of delivering your package.
We strive to send packages once a week, more precisely, Monday.
- When ordering before 4 PM (UTC+1) on Fridays, orders will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit days varies depending on the respective country. And is based on week-days, Monday-Friday.

When receiving the ordered items, you always have to control the contents in the package due to possible defects.

Return of goods
As a starting point, we do not accept returns. Therefor it is important that the person making the orders, are fully aware of this, and has an overview of how much merchandise, clothing, office supplies, etc. is needed at the respective office. It will be to expensive for the company to pay a return fee.
Jurisdication and choice of law
Any dispute between the buyer and Eurowind Energy webshop - including the interpretation of Eurowind Energy trading terms - will be decided by the Danish legislation with Danish as the valid language.
